Continuity is essential for the successful operation of communication centers and long term support for faculty/directors. Directors must design, implement, and maintain well-theorized pedagogy in order to continue to provide support for patrons, faculty, center programming and to meet both the center’s goals and the goals of the institution.
In 2007/08 the National Communication Association & National Association of Communication Centers approved the following practices for the evaluation of communication center directors.
